UPDATE ON ECONOMIC SUBSTANCE FILING FEES

Road Town, Tortola - Industry Practitioners are asked to note that the Financial Services Commission (the Commission) will not be implementing fees for 2026 Economic Substance filings through VIRRGIN at this time.

The Commission will implement a new fee regime for Economic Substance Filings (through VIRRGIN) for 2027. Details of the upcoming industry consultations in relation to the new fee regime for Economic Substance Filings through VIRRGIN referred to within the Commission’s notice dated 18 February 2026 will be shared by the Commission.
