Enforcement Summary:

1. A penalty of a Fine in the amount of $30,000.00 was imposed on Espada Capital Limited for its contravention of the Securities and Investment Business Act, 2010 (the “SIBA”):

• section 4(1) of SIBA (Carrying on investment business services without the appropriate licence);
