Operations

The Deputy Managing Director, Operations, provides executive leadership and oversight of the Operations Division, ensuring alignment with the Commission’s strategic priorities. The Office of the Deputy Managing Director coordinates the Division’s activities, while each team delivers the functions outlined below.

Business Services
The Business Services Unit is responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of the Commission. It ensures the efficient delivery of essential business support services, including event and travel coordination, records and inventory management, office operations, and custodial services, enabling the organisation to function effectively and efficiently.

Creative Services
The Creative Services Unit provides strategic creative and visual communication support to the Commission through the development of high-quality presentations, reports, graphics, multimedia content, and other communication materials. By collaborating with departments across the Commission, the Unit enhances the clarity, consistency, and visual impact of internal and external communications, while also building staff capacity through guidance and training in effective presentation design and communication.

Facilities 
The Facilities Unit is responsible for the management, maintenance, and operational readiness of the Commission's physical infrastructure, properties, and movable assets. It ensures that buildings are safe, functional, and well-maintained; coordinates facility-related projects and renovations; provides audio-visual technical support; and oversees workplace health, safety, and emergency preparedness, including training and coordinating the Emergency Responders team.

Information Technology
The Information Technology Department provides strategic technology services, operational support, and digital enablement across the Commission. Its responsibilities include managing technology infrastructure, information security, cybersecurity safeguards, end-user equipment, enterprise applications, critical application development and support, and business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities. The Department also plays a key role in facilitating technology initiatives that support the Commission's regulatory, supervisory and corporate functions, ensuring that systems and services remain secure, resilient, and aligned with the organisation's evolving needs.
