XENO PORTFOLIO LIMITED

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 16 March 2026 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) considers it necessary to issue this public statement in order to protect the public interest and the interests of any customers or creditors of Xeno Portfolio Limited and to make the general public aware that Xeno Portfolio Limited is no longer registered as a BVI Business Company.  

The details are:

The FSC has been made aware of websites stating that Xeno Portfolio Limited (website address https://www.xpo.ru and www.xpo.markets) is an entity incorporated and registered in the Virgin Islands. Xeno Portfolio Limited was incorporated on 10 August 2023 under the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004. On 9 February 2026, Xeno Portfolio Limited was dissolved from the Register of Companies following the resignation of its Registered Agent.  Xeno Portfolio Limited has never been licensed or regulated in the Virgin Islands to carry on any type of financial services business, including virtual assets services.

The Company is no longer registered as a Company under the BVI Business Companies Act.

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution if solicited at any time and to avoid conducting any business with Xeno Portfolio Limited. The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on any questionable entities that are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any improper activities engaged in by such entities.

The FSC has issued this Public Statement pursuant to Section 37A (4) of the FSC Act.
