Temporary Closure of Hong Kong Office

The industry and public are advised that the Asia Representative Office of the BVI Financial Services Commission (the Hong Kong Office) will be closed today, Tuesday, 23 September 2025, at 12:00 PM UTC +8, due to severe weather associated with Super Typhoon Ragasa.

The Hong Kong Observatory has issued a warning regarding the rapid deterioration of weather conditions expected today. In response to this situation, the Hong Kong Government will implement Weather Signal T8, which will necessitate closures to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
