BVI FSC CONDOLENCE BOOKS RE: DEATH OF DR ROBERT A. MATHAVIOUS, OBE

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – Wednesday, 17 September 2025 - Following its recent Press Release notifying industry participants of the passing of Dr. Robert A. Mathavious, OBE, founding Managing Director and CEO of the BVI Financial Services Commission (the FSC)  the FSC has set up physical condolence books at its BVI offices for practitioners and visitors wishing to pay their respects.

The Commission is making arrangements for virtual condolence books to facilitate signing by international stakeholders and expects that these will be activated soon.  Meanwhile, industry participants and professional acquaintances who wish to send letters of condolences to the FSC should do so by emailing [email protected].
