Update: Filing of AML Returns via VIRRGIN Returns

The BVI Financial Services Commission apologises for the technical difficulties which we have experienced in the launch of our VIRRGIN Returns platform. We understand that several users are still experiencing challenges in submitting the AML Returns via VIRRGIN Returns. Our Teams are working hard to remedy the identified issues.

We ask that persons who continue to experience difficulties in submitting the AML Returns via VIRRGIN Returns, complete the AML Returns Spreadsheet on our website and submit to us via email at amlreturns@bvifsc.vg.

In the circumstances, any AML Return filed by Friday 18 June, 2021 will be deemed to have been filed within the deadline.
