Submission of Prudential and AML/CFT Returns Reminder

The BVI Financial Services Commission (the "Commission”) is reminding licensees that the submission date for the new returns for the calendar year 2020 is 15 May 2021.  ALL Prudential and AML/CFT returns are to be submitted electronically using the Excel spreadsheet forms available here on the Commission's website.
Licensees are advised not to complete and submit hard or PDF copies of the returns as these will NOT be accepted as being properly filed. Guidance on how to complete and file these new returns is also available here on the Commission's website.  See copy of the Financial Services (Prudential and Statistical Returns) (Amendment) Order, 2021.

VIRRGIN Transaction Statements

VIRRGIN transaction statements are issued monthly via email within five business days after the end of the month. Transactions should be checked regularly and reconciled with internal records. Registered agents should address any discrepancies to finance@bvifsc.vg. If you are not receiving your monthly VIRRGIN statement or need to update the distribution email(s), please contact support@bvifsc.vg.
