Hong Kong Office closes due to the passing of Severe Tropical Cyclone, ‘Kompasu’, effective 13^th October 2021.

Due to severe weather patterns in Hong Kong and to prioritise the safety of our employees, our Asia Representative Office of the BVI Financial Services Commission is closed. Regular Business Hours will resume on Friday 15^th October 2021. As per standard practices, the collection of certificates normally retrievable from our Hong Kong office may be collected from the Registry of Corporate Affairs in the BVI on request. Please be reminded that the following certificates remain electronically available through VIRRGIN:

• Certificate of Incorporation (Original)
• Certificate of Continuation
• Certificate of Good Standing
