Industry Circular No. 12 - Business Continuity Update: BVI OffIce Operations

The BVI Financial Services Commission (the "Commission") has adjusted its business operations. Our offices are operating, and all our services are available.

Please take note of the following:

BVI Offices 
The Main Administration office (18 Pasea Estate Road) and the Registry of Corporate Affairs (ROCA) reception office are open from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily effective 07 September 2021.

Contactless Certificate Collection Procedure
Certificate collection is available from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. by appointment only. Agents should email or call (284) 852-4120 to schedule appointments.

Remittances to the Commission
Cheque Drop-off location:

  • For regulatory fees - reception in the Administration Office.
  • Payments for deposit accounts (including those necessitated by a Court Order) – at the Finance Window in the ROCA building. 
  • For making payments, see instructions for electronic transfers.

Cheques dropped off to replenish deposit accounts before 4:00 p.m. is processed on the same day. 

The Commission continues to monitor information and guidance from the Government of the Virgin Islands and advise on any changes to our operations accordingly. Our team remains available by email and telephone to address and resolve queries. Industry practitioners are encouraged to use the division email for correspondence with the Commission.
