ASIA REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE: RELOCATION AND TEMPORARY CLOSURE

 

Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 26 February 2026 – The BVI Financial Services Commission (the Commission) wishes to advise industry practitioners and the general public of the relocation of its Asia Representative Office and a scheduled temporary closure.

Relocation of Asia Representative Office

The Asia Representative Office has successfully relocated to new premises. Effective immediately, the office is situated at:

20/F, 80 Gloucester Road
Wan Chai, Hong Kong

In conjunction with this relocation, the Asia Representative Office will recommence the in-house collection of documents and certificates effective Monday, 16 March 2026.

Temporary Office Closure: Meet the Regulator Forum

Please be further advised that the Asia Representative Office will be temporarily closed on the morning of Monday, 2 March 2026, to facilitate the hosting of the Meet the Regulator (MTR) forum.

The Office will resume regular operations and in-office processing of transactions on Monday, 2 March 2026, at 2:30 p.m. (UTC+8).
