FIA TRUST & CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDERS OUTREACH

The BVI Financial Services Commission (the Commission) is encouraging all trust and corporate services providers, particularly trustees and registered agents, to participate in an upcoming Trust and Corporate Service Providers (TCSP) Virtual Outreach Session.  The Session is expected to cover important information regarding suspicious activities and transactions, red flags, and reporting.  The Commission considers the material to be covered in the Session to be crucial for TCSPs, and likewise, supports the initiative, and expects TCSPs to attend. Employees at the frontline level, compliance departments, MLROs, compliance officers and managers should attend.
 
The Financial Investigations Agency (FIA) is facilitating the Session, which will take place virtually from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 18 October 2024.
