NATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES STRATEGY -
STAKEHOLDER SURVEY

Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 3 June 2026 – The BVI Financial Services Commission (the Commission) advises financial services stakeholders of the Government of the Virgin Islands’ (the Government) ongoing work to develop a National Financial Services Strategy aimed at enhancing the Territory’s competitiveness, resilience, and global standing.

As part of this process, the Government is seeking input from industry stakeholders across the financial services sector to better understand current strengths, key challenges, and future opportunities.  Stakeholder perspectives will be gathered through a confidential survey, which can be accessed HERE.

Completion of the survey should take no longer than 10 minutes, and stakeholders are assured that responses will be aggregated and analysed anonymously.  The information collected will directly inform both the development of the National Financial Services Strategy and its accompanying implementation roadmap.

Following the survey, a select group of stakeholders may be invited to participate in targeted focus groups to explore specific topics in greater detail.

The Commission encourages all industry participants to support this important initiative, as stakeholder engagement is essential to ensuring that the resulting Strategy reflects the realities of the industry, addresses emerging challenges and capitalises on opportunities to strengthen the Virgin Islands’ financial services sector for the future.

Stakeholders are encouraged to complete and submit the survey by 15 June 2026.
