Industry Circular 1 of 2026 - DEADLINE Prudential Return

DEADLINE:  PRUDENTIAL RETURN

Road Town, Tortola – The BVI Financial Services Commission (the Commission) is reminding all Trust and Corporate Services Providers (TCSPs) of the approaching annual statutory deadline - 31st January by which the TCSPs Annual Return (the Prudential Return) is due to be submitted to the Commission.  

TCSPs are further advised that the Prudential Return must be submitted via completion of the recently updated electronic form, which can be accessed HERE on the Commission’s website.
