SURVEY ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FSC AML/CFT/CPF OUTREACH
As the BVI Financial Services Commission (the Commission) continues to enhance its outreach efforts, periodic assessments of the impact of outreach initiatives help to ensure that efforts remain on course. Stakeholder feedback is essential to this evaluation process. As such, the Commission is conducting a brief survey to gather insights into the effectiveness of its 2025 AML/CFT/CPF outreach programme.
The survey results will help the Commission gauge the effectiveness of its outreach efforts and guide the mode, structure, and content of future outreach initiatives to maximise the likelihood of more effective outcomes.
How to Participate:
The survey is available via the following LINK. All responses should be submitted electronically using this survey tool.
Submission Deadline:
The deadline for submission of survey responses is Friday, 20 February 2026. Respondents from Financial Institutions are encouraged to submit contributions by the deadline to ensure that all feedback is accounted for in the Commission’s analysis and can have a pertinent impact on its ongoing AML/CFT/CPF outreach efforts.
Use of Data:
All responses will be used solely to evaluate the effectiveness of the Commission's AML/CFT/CPF outreach efforts and, where relevant, to refine our broader industry-wide communication strategy.
