The BVI Financial Services Commission Outlines Priorities for its New Enforcement Philosophy

The BVI Financial Services Commission ("the Commission") publishes its Enforcement Philosophy which sets out the Commission's approach to enforcement, the principles and standards that underpin the Commission's enforcement actions, and also outlines its new enforcement priorities. The new Enforcement philosophy comes into effect on 01 October 2022 and can be viewed by clicking the attachment link below.
Licensed entities and representatives must be guided accordingly.
