ADVISORY WARNING
 
WI NET CORPORATION 
 
Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 9 June, 2010 - The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) wishes to inform the public that WI NET CORPORATION, also operating as WATER INVESTMENT, is not licensed to carry on financial services business in or from within the Territory.
 
The FSC has recently been made aware that WI NET CORPORATION is offering investment opportunities via www.waterinvestment.net and holds itself out to be incorporated, registered and licensed in the British Virgin Islands.   The FSC hereby informs the public that WI NET CORPORATION has never been incorporated, registered or licensed. 
 
Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with WI NET CORPORATION, also operating as WATER INVESTMENT.
The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning pursuant to Section 4(1)(1) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
 
The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory.
