IECAPITAL MARKETS LTD

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 12th May 2026 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the FSC) considers it necessary to issue this Public Statement in order to protect the customers, creditors or persons who may have been solicited to conduct business by IECAPITAL MARKETS LTD and to make the general public aware that the entity has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on any type of financial services business in or from within the Territory of the Virgin Islands.

The details are:

IECAPITAL MARKETS LTD falsely purports to be registered in the British Virgin Islands and has its registered office at Kingston Chambers, PO Box 173, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. IECAPITAL MARKETS LTD also falsely purports to be authorized and regulated by the BVI Financial Services Commission to engage in financial services.

The FSC hereby informs the public that IECAPITAL MARKETS LTD (website address: https://www.iecapitals.com) is not a BVI Business Company and has never been licensed or regulated to provide any type of financial services business, in or from within the Territory of the Virgin Islands.

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution and to avoid conducting any type of financial services with IECAPITAL MARKETS LTD. The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on any questionable entities that are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any improper activities engaged in by such entities.
The FSC has issued this Public Statement pursuant to Section 37A(4) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
