Audina Equalia Trust Services (B.V.I.) Limited


Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 8th November 2021 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the "FSC") considers it necessary to issue this public statement regarding Audina Equalia Trust Services (B.V.I.) Limited (the "Company") as a matter of public interest.

Effective 22nd October 2021, the FSC revoked the Restricted Class II Licence held by the Company pursuant to section 38(1)(a) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001. The revocation was effected as a result of the Company's history of non-compliance with the following statutory requirements: 
(a)    Failure to submit annual license fees;
(b)    Failure to submit prudential returns; and
(c)    Failure to submit annual Compliance Officer reports.

The FSC wish to further advise that Company is no longer licensed to carry on any type of financial services business in or from within the Territory. 

This Public Statement is issued pursuant to Section 37A (1) of the FSC Act.
