PUBLIC STATEMENT
SUWANEE WARRANTY INSURANCE COMPANY, LTD.
Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 9th August 2021 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) considers it necessary to issue this public statement regarding the revocation of SUWANEE WARRANTY INSURANCE COMPANY, LTD. (the "Company") insurance licence effectively 1st April 2021 as a matter of public interest, on the grounds that the Company committed the following contraventions:
- Failure to appoint and at all times have an insurance manager;
- Failure to prepare and submit audited financial statements;
- Failure to pay annual licence fees.
The Company is no longer licensed and/or regulated by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (FSC).
This Public Statement is issued pursuant to Section 37A (1) of the FSC Act.
