Tortola, British Virgin Islands - 26 July 2023 - The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the " Commission") considers it necessary to issue this Public Statement in order to protect the customers, creditors or persons who may have been solicited to conduct business by Ada Dejna and to make the general public aware that the person has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on any type of financial services business.

The details are:

Ada Dejna is circulating a forged Investment Dealer (Discount Broker) Licence and is falsely purporting to be authorised and licensed in the BVI in the following categories: Category 1: Dealing in Investments; Sub-category B: Dealing as Principal; and Category 2: Arranging Deals in Investments.

The Commission hereby inform the public that Ada Dejna is not and has never been licensed, authorised or regulated to deal and/or arrange deals in investments or any other type of financial services business in or from within the Territory.

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution if solicited at any time to conduct business with Ada Dejna. The public is invited to provide the Commission with any relevant information on any questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory and on any improper activities engaged in by such entities.

The Commission has issued this Public Statement pursuant to Section 37A of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
