INVEST CONCEPT LTD.

 Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 13 July, 2012 – The British Virgin Island Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has recently been made aware that INVEST CONCEPT LTD. is offering investment opportunities on its website at http://investconcept.net and presents itself as being incorporated and registered in the British Virgin Islands.   The FSC hereby informs the public that INVEST CONCEPT LTD. is not and has not at any time been incorporated or registered in the British Virgin Islands or licensed by the FSC. 

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with INVEST CONCEPT LTD.

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory.

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
