ADVISORY WARNING

AMENDED AND RE-ISSUED (20 June, 2013)

INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT MONETARY FUND

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 20 June, 2013 – The British Virgin Island Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has been made aware that BVI Business Company IIMF Incorporated, also operating as INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT MONETARY FUND is offering banking related activities and investment opportunities on its websites at http://iimfund.com. The FSC hereby informs the public that IIMF Incorporated also operating as INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT MONETARY FUND is not and has not at any time been licensed or regulated in the British Virgin Islands by the FSC. 

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with IIMF Incorporated also operating as INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT MONETARY FUND.

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory.

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.

This Advisory Warning was originally issued by the FSC on 13 July, 2012.
