ADVISORY WARNING  

Advantage Finance European Futures Fund Ltd

 Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 21 June, 2011 –The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) wishes to inform the public that Advantage Finance European Futures Fund Ltd is no longer recognised by the FSC to carry on mutual fund business.
 
Advantage Finance European Futures Fund Ltd was formerly recognised by the Commission as a private mutual fund to conduct mutual fund business from within the Territory, its certificate of recognition having been cancelled on 15 December, 2010.
 
Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with Advantage Finance European Futures Fund Ltd as it is no longer recognised as a private mutual fund to carry on mutual fund business in or from within the British Virgin Islands.
 
The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under section 4 (1) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001
