TONBRIDGE GLOBAL GROWTH LIMITED

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 6 March 2024 - The BVI Financial Services Commission (the FSC) considers it necessary to issue this Public Statement in order to protect the customers, creditors or persons who may have been solicited to conduct business by TONBRIDGE GLOBAL GROWTH LIMITED who is falsely purporting to be a broker-dealer in investments and to make the general public aware that  TONBRIDGE GLOBAL GROWTH LIMITED, is not currently licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on investment business or any type of financial services business.

The details are:

TONBRIDGE GLOBAL GROWTH LIMITED is falsely purporting to be currently licensed by the FSC to deal in investments and to arrange deals in investments. The FSC wishes to make the general public aware that TONBRIDGE GLOBAL GROWTH LIMITED was previously licensed as a professional mutual fund by the FSC and had its certificate of recognition revoked on 15 December 2010.  

Furthermore, TONBRIDGE GLOBAL GROWTH LIMITED was struck from the Register of Companies in 2009 and subsequently dissolved as a BVI Business Company on 30 April 2016.

The FSC hereby informs the public that TONBRIDGE GLOBAL GROWTH LIMITED is not licensed or regulated as a broker-dealer to carry on investment business, or any other financial services business, in or from within the Territory.

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution and to avoid conducting any business with TONBRIDGE GLOBAL GROWTH LIMITED. The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on any questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the territory, and on any improper activities engaged in by such entities.

The FSC has issued this Public Statement pursuant to Section 37A of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
