Finance
The Finance Department provides leadership in financial management and accountability for the Commission. Key objectives of the Department include management of the annual budget, collection of revenue, financial reporting to senior management and the Board of Commissioners and procurement.

Facilities Management
The Facility Unit oversees the management of the Commission’s physical infrastructure, including buildings and vehicles. The unit also provides leadership in workplace safety and physical operations needs, including utilities, business interruption and continuity measures.

Information Technology
The Information Technology Department provides a wide range of technology services and support to the Commission, including equipment and information security, applications support, critical application development, business interruption and continuity safeguards, cyber security and infrastructure management.

Corporate Communications
The Corporate Communications Unit provides the official voice of the Commission in print and online media and in all communications to industry, external agencies and the public. Key responsibilities of the Unit include: providing communications support for all internal divisions, preparing and issuing: press releases, industry announcements, public presentations, event management, producing electronic and print publications and management of an internal and external web presence.

Operations Department
The Operations Department is dedicated to providing support and process improvement for all divisions within the Commission. Tasked with the evaluation of current systems, the Department assists in the production and implementation of updated legislation and system process enhancements.
