Road Town, Tortola – The Office of Trade Marks, Patents & Copyright is hereby notifying all Registered Trade Mark Agents and Clients that the physical filing of transactions is no longer required subject to section 135 2(b) of the Trade Marks Act, 2013 and Rule 101 of the Trade Mark Rules, 2015

Beginning 1 March, 2024, all filings to the Office of Trade Marks, Patents & Copyright can be submitted electronically via email at: trademarks@bvifsc.vg, subject to section 103 of the Trade Mark Rules, 2015.
