Industry Circular 4 of 2024 - Resumption of In-House Certificate Collection in Hong Kong

RESUMPTION OF IN-HOUSE CERTIFICATE COLLECTION

Road Town, Tortola - BVIFSC (HK) Limited wishes to advise stakeholders of the procedures concerning the resumption of in-house collection of certificates service starting 14 February 2024.

Company Stamp/Chop: Presentation of the company stamp/chop is compulsory when collecting certificates, which is an essential component of BVIFSC (HK) standard verification process. No certificates will be released without it.

Courier Collection Option: Stakeholders who prefer the use of courier services for document collection must specify this and also inform BVIFSC (HK) of the chosen courier company name at the earliest possible opportunity. Likewise, unless a courier is authorised, they cannot be granted access to company documents.

Collection Times: Certificates may be collected during the following hours 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Deadline for Courier Dispatch:  The final date for dispatching certificates via courier is 
9 February 2024.  Stakeholders are encouraged to make the necessary arrangements promptly to avoid any inconvenience.
