ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The BVI Financial Services Commission (the Commission) wishes to advise Insurers, Insurance Intermediaries and Insurance Managers, that the Domestic Insurance Business Annual Return, the Captive Insurance Business Annual Return, the Insurance Intermediaries Annual Return and the Insurance Manager Annual Return (the Returns) which were issued in accordance with the Financial Services (Prudential and Statistical Returns) Order, 2009 (the Order) have been updated.

Insurers, Insurance Intermediaries and Insurance Managers are further advised that Returns relating to the 2023 reporting period must be submitted to the Commission by 31 March (as required by the Order)  utilising the relevant amended and updated Returns.   The Returns are now available on the Commission’s website and may be accessed HERE.
