The Commission has joined the International Association of Insolvency Regulators (?IAIR?), which is a formal international organization of insolvency agents with jurisdiction for insolvency policy, practice and regulation.

The IAIR was formed in the recognition that there is much to gain, particularly in today?s global economy, by cooperating and sharing information about common issues.

Membership includes Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. The BVI is the first Caribbean area member.
