BVIFSC Pasea Estate - THE ARMSTRONG GROUP/ARMSTRONG GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD appears to be conducting business from their website, www.the-armstrong-group.com and the site contains inferences that the company is conducting business in or from within the British Virgin Islands.

The BVI Financial Services Commission (the “Commission”) has received inquiries from persons who have been approached by principals of THE ARMSTRONG GROUP/ARMSTRONG GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD which purports to be licensed in the British Virgin Islands.

The general public is HEREBY ADVISED that THE ARMSTRONG GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on 4th March, 2003, however it was struck off the register on 1st November, 2004. The company is therefore, no longer registered in the BVI, nor it is licensed by the Commission to carry out a regulated activity.

The Commission is responsible for the licensing and supervision of regulated activities (such as mutual funds, insurance, banking and trust business) that are carried on in or from with the British Virgin Islands. THE ARMSTRONG GROUP/ARMSTRONG GROUP INTERNATIONAL and any business activity that it performs do not fall under our remit and are therefore not subject to our supervisory powers.
