ADVISORY WARNING

Sharp Courage Global Limited

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 20 June, 2011 –  The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) wishes to inform the public that Sharp Courage Global Limited is not, and has not at any time been licensed and regulated by the Commission to carry on financial services business in or from within the Territory.
 
The FSC has been made aware that Sharp Courage Global Limited, trading under the name of Sharp Courage Global,has been making unsolicited telephone calls to investors offering to purchase their worthless stock as a means for the investor to recover from a bad investment. The company also hosts a website located at www.sharpcourageglobal.com and is known to have presented itself as being registered and licensed in the British Virgin Islands as a bank and trust company.
 
Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with Sharp Courage Global Limited.
 
In general, investors should exercise extreme caution when financial products or services are being offered by any companies via questionable websites, or by means of unsolicited communication.
 
The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory.
 
The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4 (1) (l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
