ADVISORY WARNING

MIKa holdings inc.

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 7 January, 2013 – The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) has recently been made aware that BVI Business Company MIKA HOLDINGS INC. operating at www.optiofair.com and offering online trading with financial binary options, commodities, stocks and forex, whilst falsely purporting to be licensed and regulated in the British Virgin Islands.  The FSC hereby informs the public that MIKA HOLDINGS INC. is not and has not at any time been licensed or regulated in the British Virgin Islands by the FSC.  

Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with MIKA HOLDINGS INC. 

The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any improper or illegal activities engaged in by such entities.

The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
