ADVISORY WARNING
 
Guardian International Limited

Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 20 June, 2011 –  The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (the “FSC”) wishes to inform the public that Guardian International Limited is not incorporated or registered in the British Virgin Islands, and therefore not licensed to carry on financial services business in or from within the Territory.
 
The FSC has recently been made aware that Guardian International Limited is offering investment opportunities on its websites at www.Guardian-inter.com and www.guardian-ima.com and presents itself as being incorporated and registered in the British Virgin Islands.   The FSC hereby informs the public that Guardian International Limited is not, and has not at any time been incorporated, registered or licensed by the FSC.
 
Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution in conducting any transactions with Guardian International Limited.
The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on questionable entities which are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory.
 
The FSC is issuing this Advisory Warning under Section 4(1)(l) of the Financial Services Commission Act, 2001.
